Welcome to Ruvuhe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our fence and gate installation services for country houses and dachas. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any orders or contracts.
Ruvuhe specializes in the professional installation of fences and gates for residential properties, country houses, and dacha estates. Our services include:
All quotations provided by Ruvuhe are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during assessment, and any modifications requested by the client after the initial quotation. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.
A deposit of 30-50% may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion and client approval of the installation. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
The client agrees to provide Ruvuhe with reasonable access to the property for site assessment, measurements, and installation work. Any restrictions or special access requirements must be communicated in advance. The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions, permits, and approvals from local authorities or homeowners' associations have been obtained before installation begins.

Ruvuhe commits to using quality materials suitable for the intended purpose and local climate conditions. We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on installation as specified in individual service agreements. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics and not considered defects. Metal components may develop a natural patina over time depending on environmental conditions.
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ruvuhe will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work diligently to minimize disruption to your schedule.
Any changes to the original scope of work must be requested in writing and will be subject to additional charges. Change orders will be documented with revised pricing and timeline estimates before implementation. Verbal modifications may not be honored without written confirmation.
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before scheduled work begins will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within seven (7) days may forfeit the entire deposit. If work has already commenced, the client will be charged for materials purchased and labor completed to date.
Ruvuhe's liability is limited to the total contract value for the specific project. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or consequential damages arising from installation delays. Our liability does not extend to issues arising from client-provided materials or modifications made by third parties after installation.
Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement, typically one to two years from completion date. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, or lack of proper maintenance. Regular maintenance recommendations will be provided upon project completion.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These Terms are governed by English law.
Ruvuhe collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and record-keeping purposes. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill service obligations or as required by law.
All custom designs, drawings, and specifications created by Ruvuhe remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use designs for the specific project contracted but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Ruvuhe reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
